  • Needing to increase operating efficiencies significantly facing a reduction in personnel, a client turned to Solutions Quest consultants to design a process linking scanning plus JD Edwards workflow and interoperability to automate a company's AP matching and payment process. Solutions Quest's design optimized the overall business process while the complete, comprehensive solution allowed the client to centralize AP across the whole of Western Europe.

  • Facing a dramatic reduction in staff as part of a cost-savings move, a West-Coast client used best-practice approaches provided by Solutions Quest consultants in their Finance implementation of JD Edwards as the means to cut their AR department's personnel requirement from 14 persons down to 2.5 FTEs.

Process dramatically improved overall business performance and reduced lead times through the timely conversion of sales order requirements into planning messages for Procurement.
